By accessing or using Lumastery ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Lumastery ("we", "us", or "our").

Eligibility & Parental Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to create an account. Children under 13 may only use the Service through a parent-managed account. By creating an account and adding a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and consent to the collection and use of your child's data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Paid features require an active subscription, billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content, curriculum, branding, and software that make up the Service are owned by Lumastery and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

AI-Generated Content

Lumastery uses artificial intelligence to generate and adapt educational exercises. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. The Service is a supplemental learning tool and is not a substitute for professional educational instruction.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific educational requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
